It’s extremely troubling a story like this doesn’t address the Dutch and their effects on children taken for “Adoption” from Indonesia . The fallout from this is disturbing . Especially misusing the word adoption that by default marginalises and discriminates against adoptees advocating for systemic change. There’s a growing number of Indonesian children returning to their biological origins today who need support. This MUST be part of this story or it will mean absolutely nothing !
